Home Staging Portfolio

Fantastic renovated home in the heart of Lancaster City where we staged the living and dining room, eat-in-kitchen, master bedroom, and bathrooms.

This cottage in Mt. Gretna, PA went from drab to fab and is now an Airbnb!  Blue Stone Home Staging selected paint colors and furnished the cottage for the owners.

Great success story!  This home sat vacant for months with little activity, owners took it off the market for a month or so.  Blue Stone came in and staged the living, dining, master bedroom and accessorized the kitchen and baths.  The property had several showings first day on market and a full price offer within 24 hours!

This project is an 1860 school building converted to rental apartments.  We staged this two bedroom unit to function as their rental office for 3 months.  Staging small spaces like these can help renters visualize how they can use their furniture.

This was a vacant older home that was recently renovated in Harrisburg that Blue Stone had the pleasure of staging.  We staged the entry, living room, dining room, sunroom/library, eat-in-kitchen, and accessorized the bathrooms.  There was a lot of charm and unique features of this home and staging really helped to highlight that and create a warm and inviting feel.

These are the kind of results homeowners can have when they implement the recommendations from our Home Staging Consultations.
